Hotel El Moro will provide accommodation to the person in whose name the reservation was made and the exact number of accompanying persons included in the room reservation.
The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. to check in, check out must be done no later than 12:00 noon. Normally the rooms have 1-3 beds according to the type of room reserved.
Additional beds or cots are not guaranteed, however you can ask for availability.
The rooms do not have space for an additional bed, the maximum capacity is the same for both adults and children.
You guarantee that all the information you provide us is true and accurate. In case of a change in the date of your reservation (in due time and form), the rate may be modified according to its availability at the time of making the change.
In case of extending the stay, the confirmed rate may not be available, therefore the price that will be confirmed for the extended nights will be the best available rate for that day.
It is expected that the guest does not disturb the enjoyment of other guests, Hotel El Moro reserves the right to immediately terminate your reservation in case of: inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances, drunkenness or intoxication, any offensive behavior for other guests or hotel employees.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
If required, please notify in advance the need to be on the ground floor.
