What is the minimum stay?
Long-stay rates apply from 7 nights. From 28 nights the rate improves significantly, and for seasons of 3 months or more we prepare a custom offer.
Do the suites have a kitchen?
Yes. The Deluxe Suite, Family Suite, Suite with Loft and Master Suite all include a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, blender and dining area. The Master Suite also has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Do I pay for utilities or internet?
No. All utilities are included in your rate: electricity, water and internet. You set up nothing and receive no bills in your name.
Is a deposit or lease required?
We do not require a deposit, a guarantor or a lease. You book your stay and that is it; if you need to extend it, just let us know.
How often is the suite cleaned?
Cleaning and linen changes are included on a regular schedule. We can adjust the frequency to your preference during long stays.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices for work or project stays. Let us know when requesting your quote so we can set it up from the start.
